About

MARKETING | DESIGN | ORGANIZATION | EFFICIENCY

At the young age of 19 in 2010, Alejandra Viana launched her first business, Leg Candy Apparel, a women’s clothing line completely manufactured in Los Angeles. As a young entrepreneur, she navigated through a myriad of challenges, gaining invaluable insights from hands-on experiences in the real world.. Despite the many obstacles faced along the way, Leg Candy Apparel made $100k in its first year. Owning her own business revealed her innate talents and interests, a discovery that inspired her to further her education. Ultimately, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton, graduating in the Class of 2017.

Since Leg Candy, Alejandra has been building her network and experimenting in various industries like launching a meal prepping business which she later transitioned to establishing a consulting company, AV Business Solutions, which has given her the opportunity to provide assistance to small business owners, specifically serving clients from the BIPOC communities. Alejandra is a heart centered entrepreneur and consultant, and AV Business Solutions is invested in providing a holistic approach to small businesses and their owners.

Alejandra also serves her community by offering her insight and coaching to students in continuing education. She was a career coach for Santiago Canyon College, coaching and guiding high school students in the Orange Unified School District. Furthermore, in 2019, Alejandra became a part of the redevelopment and rebranding of the Digital Media Center in Santa Ana, a space that hosts the Orange County Small Business Development Center, Santa Ana College Digital Media and Film/TV classes, a business incubator, and has co-working offices. From the pandemic to becoming a mom, Alejandra joined the corporate world by entering the Advertising Agency world in 2021. She became an account executive within Omnicom Global agencies working with clients like AT&T and American Express.

Currently, Alejandra is developing her latest business venture, The V Collective, which will serve as a coworking and community space specifically designed for professional women of color, aiming to foster both professional and personal growth through mental health support and a sense of camaraderie among women.
